"Our room was long overdue for a refresh in the decor, fixtures, window treatments and furnishings and the valet parking service was one of the least convenient and most confusing systems we've ever encountered. Spring break and the city's decision to prohibit valet drop-off at the front of the hotel was probably the biggest factor in the valet issue but the hotel could have done a better job of informing guests. "

"The elevator was broke.. and had to carry luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Also booked a King Size bed and got a queen. The room was nice though. "

They give you shampoo conditioner, and body wash as well as all the towels you want they let us store our stuff in the closet while we waited to check in and on our last day, they manager called to check check-in and give us a late checkout. Really amazing for the price."

"You're paying for the location and not a great hotel. And the staff didn't seem overly concerned about impressing their customers in any way. Case in point, we arrived a little before 9pm and went down to the bar for a drink. The bartender said he decided to close early, apparently at his discretion, because he hadn't had a customer in the last 45 minutes. Problem was, there was a lady sitting there when we walked in 20 minutes earlier and another lady was sitting, drinking, right then. I think he just wanted to go home. There were other examples of this attitude as well. And good luck finding the valet. You'll understand this comment if you stay there."
