"We had a huge rain storm and our room being on the top floor developed a leak. Maintenance was there very quickly to check and the front desk moved me to an upgraded room for the rest of my stay. I don't expect nothing to go wrong but the way a business handles things when they go wrong makes a big difference. I am happy with how my stay went."
