"Room was clean but very dated. Bed very uncomfortable. Lounge needs replacing - crumbling vinyl and not very inviting to sit on. Staff were friendly and helpful and pub meal was very good ! Overall a find stay for one night"

"The cabin was clean, the beds comfortable, tea,coffee and milk were provided. Our cabin even had a dishwasher. The gardens are immaculate. The staff are wonderful. I highly recommend getting up before sunrise, walking the few steps down to the river and watching the sun rise over the Tamar River. We really enjoyed our stay there."

"The only complaint we have is the pillows. Flatter than pancakes. Close to shops and amenities. Apart from the pancake pillows, will stay there again."

"Rosevears was a beautiful setting a top the River. The accommodations were satisfactory where the view is the highlight. The reception and dining room is detached from the individual cabins which is a bit of an inconvenience to walk to especially if it's raining, but when the sun is shining the outdoor terrace makes for a most spectacular experience. The staff is so kind and helpful and it is the best place to stay on the river."

"Apartment was very slavoluka with a well stokced kitchen. Bed was comfy and had such an amazing view. A great bathtub and walk in shower made this stay very welcoming. It was rather susty in places and around windows so not totally prištine, but the main living areas were clean as was the kitchen and bathroom."

The shower had a leak in the bottom and wasn't sealed properly, and there was a family of possums or rats living in the roof that were quite loud. "This was one of the worst stays I have ever experienced. The place was extremely unhygienic and clearly not cleaned properly. Basic necessities like toilet paper were not even provided, which is completely unacceptable. Even public toilets are far cleaner and better maintained than this. The bed was dusty, the room was dirty, and the overall environment felt unsafe and uncomfortable. I actually became unwell during my stay, which I believe was due to the poor hygiene and lack of...
