"The hotel is very good, and the shuttle to the ski slopes makes things much easier, so you don’t need to drive there—which would be terrible during peak season. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The only downside of the hotel is the optional 5% tip; for a five-star hotel, it puts you in an awkward position at check-out. In addition, it introduces a “tip culture” that is not standard in Europe."

"Town was walkable. Rooms were spacious and clean. There was a locker room outside for ski and snowboard equipment to dry and everything. Building is well maintained. The spa, pool and steam room are very nice and needed after snowboarding. The gym is minimalistic but does exist. The restaurant however refused to serve me. Said they were full but there was only one table full of people. More then half of the tables and chairs were empty but was still refused service."

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. Highly recommend!"

"This hotel is a gem!! Flanked by stunning 360 degree views of the snow capped mountains and the valley below we were totally enchanted. Our host was so friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions on where to hike and where to eat. Their breakfast was extensive - eggs , cured meats , breads and cakes. We couldn’t ask for more. Rooms were in mint condition. Bathrooms very clean. Do note however that we visited during the off season so many restaurants were closed. Car parking available on the...

"L'hotel è molto vicino alle piste da sci ma risulta un po' datato. Il personale è molto gentile. Le camere sono spaziose ma non insonorizzate e un po' datate. La colazione è accettabile peccato che le bevande calde siano servite solo con la macchinetta (che fai dei cappuccini scarsi) e non dal barista se non per cappuccino di soia che non fa la macchinetta che infatti ero molto buono."
