"It is an older property, new flooring in lobby. Rooms were dated but clean and bedding all clean! New refrigerator and flat screen TV. Bathroom fixtures are dated but the caulking has recently been redone. Bed was very comfortable and nice fluffy pillows. Only a thin comforter and top sheet for covers but I had another blanket with me. Nice property for an economic price and snowstorm accommodations!!"

"This was perfect for our stay. There were no frills, the bed was comfortable and the hot water was hot. We came to town for the excellent Crowded House concert at the Ledge. We especially appreciated that we could walk to the show."
