"There was absolutely nothing to like about this property. All of the rooms smell horrendous. My family and I walked into the hotel there was a huge fan on and no air conditioning. We got into the room there were spider webs at the top of the ceiling. The bed sheets and pillow case had red spots (blood) even the towel. "I Liked the easiness of transportation to the airport. I was unaware that we had to pay for parking. I was also disappointed that the shuttles were all booked up for the time we needed. Luckily, we were able to use public transportation."

"I had my flight cancelled and needed a hotel late at night. The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. Rooms look remodeled and the staff was very helpful. The airport shuttle the next morning was very helpful, and it saved me the uber money."

We felt safe to walk around. We could also leave our car there while we were gone. Price to leave the car was cheaper than other hotels and airport parking. Free Shuttle to and from the airport."

Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were well below acceptable standards. The staff were rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. "Great place. Always stay at the Streetsboro location every time I travel to Ohio, which is at least twice a year. Friendly staff, very accommodating, great breakfast, always clean and quiet. My favorite front desk person is Jacob. He is always so kind and the one front desk person, that has been working there for quite awhile. Kudos to Jacob!"
