I was in the room for only twenty minutes when I started noticing more and more things. I showed pictures to the staff and they offered me a refund and a different room for free. I decided not to stay there at all after that. It ruined my plans for that night and the next day. I still have not received my refund for the room or for the $50 damage fee that they adding on while checking in."
