"We did not like the fact that we had to ‘ask’ for cleaning service. There were no signs saying that. We ended up staying 4 nights and only got our room cleaned once which we had to ask for. We saw trash outside one of the rooms, too.
Also, the breakfast was only so-so. Very few muffins, bread and they kept running out of eggs. Tables were not cleaned."

"The breakfast was delicious, but the coffee was awful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. But the shower door wouldn't stay shut, so I ended up with a lot of water on the floor. Also, there were numerous cracked tiles in the bathroom."

"They do not tell you that parking is not free. They asked for a credit card for incidentals. I got one water and was charged $80 for parking. Very deceptive. I even asked when booking if parking was included. We were stuck in the elevator for 15 minutes. Hot. No air. A 5yrs old kid got stuck the same day alone. No one told us you needed the key card to operate it. I had a panic attack. The buttons would not work to open the doors. We couldn't call on the emergency phone. We were literally stuck...

"I was on a weekend vacation with my Grandson and little Boston Terrier. The room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable. We used the TV, microwave and refrigerator. All in good clean working condition. Bathroom was nice. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too! several different choices. Will stay there again."
