Absolutely beautiful place. We stayed in the villa andit was gorgeous, very clean and the plunge pool was an added bonus. Did the clay pigeon shooting, segway and game drive which were all great. Had an issue when a storm took out the power in our villa and we were moved to 3 chalets for our final night which were also beautiful Lovely peaceful place to stay. It felt very homely and welcoming

Great Lodge. Very high quality. The guide for the included Game Drives was excellent - thank you Sam!

We all had a fantastic, relaxing time and the restaurant had a tasty menu and delicious food, we’ll be back and recommend to all my friends and family. Beware of the cheeky monkeys. Don’t leave anything outside your accommodation, they steal haha.

Just spot on. All the comforts of a good lodge surrounded by excellent game within several hours of Joburg and if you're lucky you can be charged by elephant and stalked by leopard at night, before retiring to the bar for a big G&T and prepping for the morning balloon ride. Very good food guarenteed to make you heavier than when you arrived. Staff throughout are efficient and lovely. Must do; the waterhole hide at the end of a 200m tunnel. Super place and will go back asap.

Lovely clean accommodation

Excellent, clean and friendly

A very clean hotel with lovely views. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

On arrival the staff were fantastic, helpful and polite our room was spotless and the inclusive breakfast out of this world, easy parking and large pool and bar

Staff courtesy was excellent the room was due refurbishment after we left. Shuttle was frequent to other resorts and shops. One concern is that you are not allowed in the palace

This is really nice accommodation and the staff are very efficient and prompt when dealing with any issues My only slight problem is that I asked for late checkout ( being a platinum member), they declined my request which was fine by me but what I found upsetting was the frequent emails reminding me to checkout over 24hrs before my checkout time, there were literally pestering me at some point Other than that it’s a beautiful venue
