Our stay didn't start very well when they took of my Hong Kong Visa not my China Visa sent us up to our rooms and decided to call the police on us because of there mistake!! Luckily they called up to the room (not speaking a word of English) Visa Visa! we were very confused as we hadnt paid by visa, so went downstairs and luckily sorted the issue before the police arrived!
The beds were uncomfortable, the rooms had open sockets behind the bedside tables, overall the rooms needed alot of TLC!!
After our first night we went down for breakfast (which was included in our stay) they told us we only got one free breakfast and we had to pay for the other!!!!! We didn't do that and got breakfast elsewhere! I was happy to leave!!
Entered the room, and sheets was dirty with old hairs and spots on it. I had to argue with the cleaning lady to change all of the bed linnet.
There where almost no isolation in the room, so the loud upstairs neighbours was hard to ignore doing the evening. The aircon systems from the other rooms also made a horrible noice, making it hard to sleep doing the night.
Stayed in one of the windowless rooms with fake windows and light, but the most important thing to note is that the most useful review I read indicated that the hotel is at exit B of Tuanyi (Sanlitun) Station and that it is on the right pass the Classic Furniture store - you must take about 10-20 steps to see the hotel in the back of the parking lot. If you don't walk the 10-20 steps, you may actually believe the hotels.com map - which is absolutely wrong and would put you at Pacific Century Plaza - definitely not right there. Place is convenient.

Liked: Room comfort
Hotel is in a prime area of town for a extremely good price. However, the room itself is windowless (there's a window, but has a wall right behind it) and bathroom while clean smelled funny. When I asked for them to clean this up, they were quick to do this.

2 minutes to subway. Quiet clean neighborhood
Poor English skills of evening staff. Stayed in Beijing for 24 hrs in transit. They had no information on night, evening tours. Although it is right next to a subway they had no idea about how to get to and from the airport on the subway and recommended a cab! Actually it is easier , cheaper and faster to take the subway which starts at 530am in the morning and you have to make one change. There is a macdonald's close by for early breakfast . Hotel serves breakfast after 7am.
There's an Indian restaurant Tandoor I think , and bars not far away. Downtown and other areas are easily accessible by the clean and cheap subway--3rmb one way. Beware of girls coming up to you and wanting to know if you speak English.its a scam read elsewhere. Also there is no I house spa but supposedlythere is a massage place around the corner. In the room there was a sign NO PROSTITUTING, GAMBLING ETC
