駅からはちょっと歩くが、快適で便利。

最寄りの地下鉄駅（三元橋）からは徒歩10分程度の場所にあるが、環境はとても静か。近隣にセブンイレブンが2店舗あり、至極便利。フロント係はフランクで聞き取りやすい英語を話す。自分で洗い忘れた食器類も片付けてくれていた。冷凍機能の付いていない冷凍庫だったのが残念。

一般的酒店，有偏见的酒店服务，不推荐入住

家庭入住的，订的2 bedroom的房间，房间预定的时候就选的3人。 但是入住3天不管是提供的饮水瓶装水还是浴室的毛巾都只提供2份。找客房要第三瓶水还被告知需要另外花10元买一瓶价值2元的农夫山泉。 入住的时候，酒店前台完全没有任何服务的交代，酒店是带厨房的，关于厨房用具是否可以使用之类或者其他注意事项，完全没有任何交代。所有的服务仅限于给房卡及收押金。 房间的设施衣柜老旧，关上衣柜的门，衣柜里的灯都无法熄灭。打电话给前台需要修理，回复懒洋洋的。整个房间打扫非常不到位，很多地方都有灰尘，地毯清洁也不干净，完全不够4星酒店标准。 在酒店大堂等待朋友时候，亲眼目睹前台人员对于外籍住客态度亲切，细心交代。 对自己的国人一副高高挂起的高冷状态，体验度极差。 不建议入住此酒店。订了国内外这么多酒店，此酒店体验度最差，非常不值得入住。歧视政策还在国内搞起，员工素质极端低下。

Nice and clean. May not look much on the outside but the room we had was spacious. Comfortable furniture in living room, slept well in their beds. Only stayed overnight so didn’t really make use of the kitchen. Only negative I can say is that water from shower leaked outside of stall and onto floor. Had to put towels on the floor which got totally soaked afterwards.

家庭住宿一流

帶著小孩老人出門。感恩有清潔的煮食用具一應俱全（只欠電飯煲），方便料理孩子膳食，菜市場走20分鐘左右，另一邊鳳凰滙也有超市，路程相若。離地鐵站要走一段路，如果推嬰兒車上落只能到三元橋D出口（鳳凰滙側）。樓下走兩步就有幾家館子，東西好吃。附近有商廈佳程廣場，有大銀行。 總體來說，感覺良好，前台服務也好。

前回良かったので、また3泊しました。 キッチン次で、ちょっとした料理を作る時、とても便利です。清掃も行き届き気持ちよく、滞在出来ました。ただ、部屋からの景色は高層団地のど真ん中の様な。

日本に快適な客室

長期滞在向けのアパートメントホテルなので、部屋も広く、浴槽も有り、快適に過ごせました。近くのビルには日本食も有りますが、オフィス街なのか、週末だけは、寂れた商店街に成ってしまいます。ホテルの隣にマッサージ店が有り、月～金曜日は20%引き。80分200元が160元に。週末はホテルキーで10%引き。

Nice apartment hotel in ChaoYang District

Good: Suite rooms comfortable and clean with everything needed including a fully equipped kitchen. Bathroom does not have the bad smell most Chinese hotels have in their bathrooms. Location very close to CBD but reclusive and private. Small gym, convenient store and Mexican themed bar all located right downstairs. Hotel staff very helpful to get taxi quickly. Not-so-good: Longer walk to Subway (12 minutes) than expected. Taxi drivers have difficulty finding the location unless using navigator. There is no good restaurant within walking distance nearby. Booked 4 person suite as advertised with two large beds for 4 adults. It turned out it is a 3 person suite with 2nd bedroom only having a small double bed, and an added single bed in living room. Meanwhile hotel only provided towels to 3 persons despite repeated reminder throughout the 1 week stay.

Good location. Perfect for long stay

Good location, close to Sanlitun. Check in was easy but one have to leave behind the ID and pick up the next morning as they need to do some registration with local police station. It's a serviced apartment so it comes with washing machine and kitchen, good for long stay or family travelling with young kids. However the interior is a bit dated that may need some refurbishing soon.
