It does not offer value for the price charged. However, there are two standout elements that keep the hotel from collapsing under its own shortcomings: First, the outstanding efforts of Ms. Şerife and the Guest Relations team, whose commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable. Second, Tony’s captivating performances, which add a vibrant and memorable touch to the experience. "Excellent facilities with a wide range of activities for all ages and interests. Our kids had a blast at the water slides, pools, and the beach. Every evening there was a great show. The food is great and diverse, both in the buffet and restaurants. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
