Rooms are great and the location is the most premium on belem. The staff males you feel at home and are very helpfull and considerate. It's the best place to stay in belem and the best hitel I've stayed in brazil.

Nice hotel, right by the bay. Hotel was accommodating, but on New Years Eve we needed glasses to make a toast and they didnt have enough cause they were using them at the restaurant on the roof. Also would have been nice to have access to see the fire works on the roof but weren't allowed to have access.

Experiência incrível no Tivoli. Tudo, do início ao fim, superou minhas expectativas. Os funcionários são nota 10 pelo atendimento educado e sempre solícito. O quarto e as áreas comuns estavam impecáveis, e o café da manhã é excelente, com muita variedade. Não tenho do que reclamar, amei tudo!

Como já comentei eu outra página, só tenho a fazer algumas observações simples. A acústica do quarto ficou prejudicada, pois o barulho externos entra por não ter vidros isoladores de som e o black-out não veda a entrada da luz em sua totalidad, então pra mim ficou prejudicado nessa avaliação. O restante do quarto tudo perfeito, cama, iluminação, tv, ar-condicionado, lençoes, toalhas. trevesseiros, roupões, etc. Tivemos um incidente no restaurante durante o jantar, mas fomos muito bem assistidos, mas precisam de mais atenção.

A hospedagem foi excelente. A estrutura do hotel é ótima e o destaque especial é para o café da manhã: ele é tudo o que dizem, e mais um pouco. Opções excelentes, pratos diferenciados. A equipe do Hotel também foi muito boa, tudo que pedimos foi prontamente atendido. A estrutura do quarto também estava impecável, desde a limpeza até a qualidade das poltronas no quarto. Hotel com excelentes instalações, funcionários muito bem treinados e educados, café da manhã muito bom! No entanto, tivemos que trocar de quarto duas vezes devido a um problema no ar condicionado, o que atrasou nossa entrada efetiva no hotel em mais de 2h, acho que deveriam ter sido testados previamente! Outro ponto que me decepcionou foi a ausência de cadeirinha de alimentação infantil no restaurante, não esperava por isso em um hotel 5 estrelas, faz muita falta para quem tem um bebê!
