Greeted with an upgrade lovely, but hen do, stag dos etc in hotel v noisy. Toiletries not refilled despite requesting at front desk. Generally a good hotel but wknds v noisy.

Unfortunately when our room was cleaned there was no toilet roll replaced. Upon informing front desk of this they said housekeeping woould drop up toilet roll.
