Beds were comfortable with different pillows so that's great as it allows you to find one best for you. Bathroom also spacious and clean with really nice big towels. "We felt like we had stepped back in time to the era of grand Victorian hotels. I literally gasped we walked in. The rooms were spacious and extavangantly decorated; we even had turn down service. The dining room was beautiful. We had afternoon tea and felt like grand ladies. The staff were so sweet and understanding of our Amercan questions. The bar was hopping and we loved exploring the cocktails."

"This hotel is generally fine, but big. Expensive. Impersonal. The hotel treats its guests differently. There was a group of tourist allowed to eat continental breakfast at 7.00 am on Saturday, we were sent away to come back at 7.30, which was too late for us for the flight home. Different rules for different guests."
