"Absolute Pleasure staying here and Highly Recommended. The staff are excellent. Food and drink in abundance downstairs below and the bus is at your doorstep taking you into Perth CBD in approx 40mins and they run every 15mins. Cannot recommend this hotel enough."

"Due to last minute changes in my itinerary, I had booked a last minute stay at this hotel, and when I arrived (11:30pm), the doors were closed, and eventually managed to talk with reception via an intercom system. With a non-interested rude voice, the man at reception simply said I cannot see your booking and to go away, even though I was trying to show the booking reservation confirmation and number through the camera of the intercom. I was discarded and sent away without trying to help, and...

"Room was clean and spacious, bed very comfy. Close to shops and city centre. Definitely recommend staying here. "

"Excellent restaurant quality and great staff. Easy parking, great location. The room wasn't vacuumed properly this time, but all other times it was great. It would be nice if the gym had a water fountain or any sort of water. Room service operation times are limited. I would enjoy breakfast room service too. The front desk staff was super nice and carried our luggage into the room. Thank you"

"Kitchen utilities so you could cook yourself. Coffee machine in the lobby, free apples. Red cat is just stone throw away to the city, Watertown is a block away that you definitely want to visit, and there is the yellowcat. Only thing they could improve is to offer late check out."
