"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, primarily because of the poor customer service at the front desk. I arrived early for my reservation, paid my deposit, and was told I would receive a text message as soon as my room was ready. I waited for over three hours and never received any notification. By 3:30 p.m., after the official 3:00 p.m. check-in time had already passed, I went back to the front desk to ask about my room. The employee told me they were “finishing up” and that...

"The rooms are all suites, so have the bed/beds, a sofa sleeper, comfy arm chair, a desk if you need to do some work while there, a dining table and chairs as well as a wet bar with mini fridge and sink, coffee pod maker, and the bathroom has both a tub and standing shower in it with a separate toilet room. Super spacious. This is a quiet hotel and smoking free facility and rooms, which we loved. We will stay there again. Highly recommend."

"I have scheduled a time to get my room cleaned, (which was a complimentary service) but it was never done. We stayed for 4 nights and I only asked for 1 day to freshen up the room but still was not done."

"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."
