"Room appeared recently painted. Room and bath were cleaned and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit small for my old eyes, but a wide assortment of channels were available for viewing. The room had a working microwave and small refrigerator. The heating/air conditioning system was controlled by a turn dial marked from heat to cold, which took me quite a while to get the room temperature to my comfort zone. "I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off."

"We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. "

"When I checked in, early at 2, was told that the room was clean and ready to check in, and asked if had privacy as needed privacy. When i got to the room, it was NOT ready. The bed sheets were thrown on the bed, towels everywhere, and garbage not taken out. When they gave me a different room, there was NO privacy, the windows facing the inside sitting and eating area. The 3rd ROOM, there was NO information how to use the TV, when i asked, they treated me like i I stupid and little. The...
