"First two days I was in a 4th floor department with poor conditions but staff was really helpful understanding my complaint I was moved to a 12th floor apartment which was really good, super comfortable and clean. Location is awesome with a supermarket just below and all attractions close with a metro station four block away, It was a good lace to stay and I’m grateful with the staff to help me in this case "

"Love the location, and it was a very affordable deal for a single bedroom with a private bathroom at the heart of Santiago. It is within a five-minute walk from the subway station, with many buses passing by. The neighborhood is very walkable and has many cafes, bars, and restaurants. It is only a 10-ish minute walk to the art museums as well. It is located next door to the park with an amazing skyline view. I highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget who would love to explore Santiago. "

"it was advertised. I thought it was a motel when I went looking for it was very difficult to find instructions on getting in was hard when I got there there was no parking I had to park in the garage $21. No shampoo just didn’t feel like it was ready for people to stay. The apartment was nice, but I wasn’t happy with the situation."

"This is not the place I'd recommend for anyone to stay. The lack of communication with the staff was horrible and it made the whole experience worse. There was no one available to let me in the room when I arrived and I was told to return later that day. After I did, I was let in by a cleaning lady. The person who rented me the room was not available. She stopped responding to my messages and stopped communicating in the middle of the night.
I was to request a fan, which was not brought to me...
