Really disappointed, was the worst experience ever😞 We arrived at 2:10 pm because they charge my debit card at 1 pm twice and how I booked 2 room I thought was both room separated but at my arrival the receptionist said that the check in was at 3 pm I completely understand and I said ok and I went to other place making time. I went back at 3:08 pm and then appear only one room available, we was 4 adults and 2 kids one of them infant but the other teenager imposible fit in one room. I showed her my reservation from expedia web and the two charge on my debit card and after a called she only told me sorry and that all of that was Expedia's fault because they send the reservation wrong, I explained her that I didn't care faults I just need the rooms because my 1 years old girl was really tired after 6 hours trip, but the receptionist just said sorry again and she gave me a paper with a few hotel that I could try to get a reservation myself. That left me in terrible rain with wind, a crying baby and a two-hour trip through traffic to get a new hotel downtown, which was not what I was looking for because I had chosen that hotel because it was close to my husband's work. A completely disaster 😡

Traveling do to work. I originally book one day because that’s what I needed at that time. Job was extended, so I ask to extend stay. I look online and at other vendors and both had rooms available however front desk told me that didn’t. So I just booked another room online and ask can I just keep same room. This would have not only been convenient to me but also one least room housekeeping had to clean. After calling back a few time I was able to keep same room! Why do people have to make simple situations so difficult. Horrible customer service! Or maybe lack of training.

Worst Experience Ever!!!
Hotel was nasty & dirty. I asked the front desk for clean towels & an iron. They told me sorry they didn't have any & didn't care. Their was also, no housekeeping service etc. Carpet in room dirty. Even foun lizards & crickets in my room. It was just the worst experience ever. Never again!!!!😐

The staff was excellent . The parking lot was not clean . The property lacked basic amenities , like a coffee potin the room ,, there was a coffee pot lobby , but coffee was not available 24/7. There was no breakfast not even a granola bar to go . There was only one bath towel in the room . The coke machines were empty.

The property provides an Ice Bucket and an Ice Machine, however, they don't provide plastic cups in the room, so I went to the service desk and was told they don't provide, lucky for me they have a coffee station, so I was able to grab a cup there.

Good quiet stay!
My wife and I had a wonderful stay and so did our Shih Tzu! The bedding was white, clean and odorless. Clean bathroom! We had no complaints! We would definitely stay again!

The staff person was nice but we did have an issue with the cleanliness of the bed sheets. I wont go into too much detail but will say that they were not clean and needed replacing.
