"Great location - super close to Comerica Park and Ford Field and walkable to downtown restaurants and shopping."

"We showed up at 6 PM with 3 rooms booked, due to lack of clean rooms were only able to claim one of the rooms after about a half hour wait, got the other rooms at 1130 at night. We weren't offered anything for the inconvenience, and the rooms we got weren't the type booked. The hotel was nice, but if check in is at 4, and at 6 you still can't get into your room..."

"There was not a fan in the bathroom in the 2 bedroom suite, so that was inconvenient, but otherwise it was a great stay!"

"The service at the 2nd floor bar was absolutely terrible. Was there in the afternoon and again at night very slow and line ups 20 people deep. Then order room service at 12:00 am. It took them an hour to bring my food to the room. The food and beverage service was terrible"

"We were supposed to check in by 4:00. Came from out of town for a concert and couldn’t get in to our room until 4:45!!! I had to start getting ready in the lobby bathroom! Not happy! "

"I love the Victorian style homes. I like how you can just chill in tranquility on the properties premises. The staff is very kind and accommodating. The Better Made chips are a bit pricey to get a hometown favorite please lower the price from $3 a bag. That is exponentially too much asking price and mark up. Please restore some of the breakfast staples you had before, boiled eggs, and pastries etc. I wish the pastry weekend can be extended to days and add boiled eggs and oatmeal. I am a loyal...
