"Overpriced hotel with terrible parking garage. The locker rooms have no functioning showers with hot water and there are no towels so the sauna is pretty much useless. The hot tub was out of order upon arrival. The thermostat in the room was nonfunctional, the temperature never dropped below 74 degrees even when set at 66, way to warm constantly. The front desk clerk basically was yelling at us across the lobby as we were leaving trying to pry into our business demanding we tell her if we were checking out or not and what room we were in. This place is not worth it, major reason I picked it was for the people mover which was shut down anyways so this stay was just a huge disappointment. Spend your money elsewhere."

"Was really disappointed that we couldn't leave our car parked for the baseball game. Spending as much as we did you'd think they'd let us keep the car in their lot for a few hours after checking out. FYI: when their site says they have "game day rates" for parking that does NOT mean you can pay to leave your vehicle there after checking out."

"Didnt pay for the breakfast but there were so many things wrong with this hotel, I definitely will not be back. The staff were all very friendly, but also not very good at their jobs it seemed. The condition of the property is run-down. Nothing seemed to really work the way it was supposed to. The tv remote barely worked, weather was warm for our visit so we wanted to turn the AC on in our room but I guess the AC actually only turns the heat on? We kept trying to turn the ac down and the heat just kept blasting from our vents - our room was at a steady 80 degrees the whole stay - it was terrible. The next morning I headed down to the pool/hot tub around 7:05 .. (pool opens at 7) whoever was in charge of "cleaning up" had the door locked and told me to wait.. so i waited - he let me inside but i had to sit at a table & wait for him to finish up whatever he was doing with the hot tub. Once he left and said it was all ready i noticed the hot tub was absolutely filthy. A thick film floated on top of the green water. The pool was green and murky. There was trash here and there and zero towels. The whole stay was just not worth what I paid at all. "
