"The room was clean but they need to deep clean and just buy new sheets for the beds. It’s to many spots on them. Also doors were dirty well the bathroom door was really dirty with spots and the shower needs to be cleaner, like the walls at the top of the ceiling. I had to kill spiders"

"About a half hr. After I checked in the room, I received a very sexually disturbing call from a private number. I hung up, and they called again with the same vulgar conversation, he heard my husband and told my husband to do vulgar things to me. I recognized the voice as the man who checked me in at the front desk. I was scared that he was also voryerizing us as well. It was very disgusting. I told the check our staff and she acted like it was no big deal."

"The staff was understandably understaffed but still managed to keep everyone content. I wasn’t able to check into my hotel on time while they ran behind cleaning rooms. I was told I’m the 8th person/family waiting. I asked for a late check out which was 3 days later paid upfront and they had no issue honoring that for me. Breakfast, pool and proximity to freeway is a plus. I did have one racist run in, a man next door to me yelled racial slurs from his balcony. This happened to be on check out...
