"Customer Service was wonderful! All interactions were professional and helpful with a positive attitude. Overall the room was good, kitchenette and laundry in room which was an unexpected surprise.. and the bed was comfy! BUT the toilet wouldn’t flush properly and we watched vagrants out our window on the 3rd floor smoke crack pipes below. "I was given a room with someone already checked in and walked in on them. Thankfully nothing bad happened and another room was available, but it could have gone very different. No on site parking included is disappointing. The adjacent lots do not allow overnight parking so you're basically forced to spend the $55 for the hotels valet lot."
