"We arrived around 11 pm ant the room was about 100 degrees hot. Everything in the room was hot to the touch.The heat was on and AC did not worked.. Asked the front desk to change the room and she stated there is no room available but we are free to leave and find another hotel. "1. There was difficulty gaining access to the hotel. There was road construction on both sides of the road. We stayed for two nights. They did not clean or replace needed bathroom supplies. Fixtures in the bathroom were either broken or missing parts to operate. Beds were not made and room cleaned or rubbish removed.
