False advertising. It does not sleep 7 people, unless 5 of these people are very small children. Sleeps 2 adults and 5 small children. Upstairs is not accessible unless it is a child or you are willing to crawl into the loft and It's not possible to stand unless you are under 4'5". The downstairs bunks are too small for someone over 5'10 to get in and out of. Communication was lacking from beginning to end and room was 45 degrees when we arrived,despite informing management on 3 different occasions that our arrival would be late. No apologies or attempts to resolve the situation.

The property was well maintained and the cabin was clean. However, the cabins are tiny - much smaller than they appear in the pictures and the one we stayed in was very drafty. While we were there, it appeared that only one person was working and frequent attempts to reach the front desk went unanswered. The propane tank for the fire pit on the front porch was empty on our arrival and the tank was never replaced. The water supply was off one evening and even though I called and left a message to report it, we did not receive a return call - fortunately the water service resumed at some point that evening. The check in process was slow - due to lack of staff onsite and the check out time of 10 am was unreasonably early. We did make several requests for an 11 am checkout, but did not receive a response either way. Considering the price paid, I found this to be a poor value. I was very disappointed and would definitely not recommend this place.

Staff was helpful when the office was open. However, the office closes at 8pm, and there wasn’t an emergency number to call when needed. The hot water heater does not work efficiently. Once one person showers with hot water, the next person has to wait a significant amount of time before jumping in the shower. Otherwise, you’re in for an ice cold shower. We had to switch our cabin once due to this, but the second cabin was also lacking efficiency.

This was probably our fifth or sixth visit and as usual the staff and amenities were the greatest. The room was clean and we were very pleased. Our stay was very uneventful.

We were in the smallest cabin, it was nice, however, there was no closet or any options for hanging things. The bed was too soft and pillows were not comfortable. The shower doors were mounted incorrectly so we had to squeeze between the vanity and sliding door as the other door was fixed in place. Overall, though, a beautiful property, I think they just have some things to work out as they become fully operational.

Best home away from home

There were limited food options at the restaurant but the grounds are spectacular and there is so much to do around the property. I highly recommend staying here it’s a piece of paradise!

Great & beautiful location. Cabins a little small

Love the community feel of the property. Lots to do, a beautiful view and a perfect location right in between flag and Williams. Wish they started activities on Thursday instead of Friday for those not wanting to be in the midst of the crowds. The top windows of the cabins need automatic screens, it’s ridiculously bright in the morning. A side awning would also be nice for when the sun goes down for certain patios. They are a little small for more than two adults. And one and a half bathrooms would be ideal. A capacity of 8 and one bathroom is crazy to me. Emily at the front was amazing, friendly, & courteous. I had car problems the morning of checkout and asked the morning girl to help. Not very friendly and a little standoffish. I Asked if someone could help jump my car. She said no one was there. Mind you, I’m walking the property and see plenty of workers. A nice neighbor saw me and offered to jump. I gave the front desk my number to call me when someone who could help got there. I never received a call.

Ponderosa Cabin

Village Camp as a whole was a great experience and we look forward to visiting again, as well as exploring their other locations. The pictures do make the cabins seem more spacious than they are but overall, it was enough space for our family of 6 (Ponderosa). We did receive our cabin late, as it wasn't ready at check-in time, but we were able to explore some of the amenities while we waited and received complimentary drinks for the delay unprompted, so the customer service was above par. The cabin had most everything we needed including a full fridge and compact washer and dryer. The shower could use a deep clean but the rest of the cabin was very clean. There is a train nearby that blares its horn during the night, so we picked up some earplugs to sleep in, and there were no more sleep disruptions. There is a company on-site for ATV rentals which was extremely convenient and fun!

A Unique resort RV camp ground. All roads are paved within the park with plenty of RV spaces of various sizes to accommodate all sizes of RVs. Clubhouse with full restaurant and bar. Pool and hot tub available. Lots of activities including cornhole and movie nights. There are also park RV trailers available for rent for those who don't have an RV or trailer. Located in between Williams and Flagstaff, convenient to most activities. We enjoyed our stay for the weekend.
