"Very helpful staff the shuttle service was amazing the unsupervised kids running everywhere was unenjoyable it would have been nice to be able to use the hot tub and exercise room but could not with the wild misbehaved children"

"Great location, shuttle to airport, excellent service from staff. The downside restaurant randomly closed the night I was there. No ice and no diet soda anywhere. It’s an older place seems to be well maintained and you can’t bet the price for an overnight stay for early morning flight. I’d stay again."

"The staff was the most friendly I think I have ever encountered. I travel a lot and they welcomed me from the moment I called to get picked up until the moment I left. I was due back in a week and they knew it and made sure I was taken care of. Fantastic stay!!"

"Room had no heat, employees were of no assistance. I was told to deal with it because it was July. Room had air blowing. I’m anemic and I was completely uncomfortable"

"1 of the tvs didn’t work both remotes didn’t work moldy food under beds mold or something by sink broken switch broken plugs on table outlet disgustingly stained chair and bench. Wish I would’ve asked for my money back and just left honestly. Staff was great but room made me want to never come back. Honestly probably won’t."

"It was convenient for a night bc I had no power. Would stay again if only for this reason. The tv was awful and coffee maker in room was broken. Should also outright say there is a $150 incidental fee."
