"We recently stayed at the Bellevue Club Hotel and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our stay started with a negative interaction with the valet, who was rude and condescending when we briefly stopped to unload our car. Instead of a welcoming arrival, we were questioned about whether we were checking in before the door was abruptly opened. It set an uncomfortable tone right away. "This property was not good at all for us. The parking was so small and with an SUV is impossible to park. The apartment had a moldy smell and the fact that there is no AC, only 1 portable unit for a 2 room apartment was not good for us or my family's health. Still trying to communicate with the property since they would not refund me the money although I was not able to stay there due to my son's health. Awful experience with managements and the facility. Will never go back "

"Such a great hotel. We booked the 1 bedroom suite and it was fantastic. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with plenty of hot options and a nice dining room. We will stay here again for sure."
