"Clean rooms, the staff are not attentive to details although friendly, lack of complimentary breakfast is a minus here, for that I don't see myself coming back here again and may not recommend to people. I didn't use the hot tub so can't make any comment on it."

"Over all stay was great, however there were some glitches due to a software update a few days prior to our stay that complicated check in for the staff and issues of key cards being deactivatived. The only contolable issue was some minor housekeeping duties that were not fully completed prior to check in. Staff were very helpful and polite through the uncontrollable circumstances."

"Air conditioner compressor was making a very loud noise. I recorded the sound for evidence. we turned the thermostat down to 67 and the room temperature never got below 73.The TV did not work. i looked behind and all of the cables were unplugged? why was room not quality checked?"
