"Comfortable, clean rooms. Slightly dated with some staining, but nothing concerning to me. Great location near Citi Field. Thoroughly enjoyed the food/drink nearby the hotel. INCREDIBLE shower pressure - shower takes a beat to warm up. Lots of outlets! Kind staff. Water always available in the lobby. Cute rooftop bar. Would return!"

"We stayed at the Hilton New York JFK for a one night layover in August 2026. The checkin process was smooth and very quick and the staff very helpful. The hotel lobby, general areas and rooms are very clean and well maintained. We had a double queen bed room which was very comfortable and had all of the latest amenities. The hotel also has an onsite restaurant with very nice food options which will cater to most, and also a small store in the lobby area for forgotten items or snacks. There's also a bar and full breakfast for a fee on offer. The hotel shuttle between JFK airport and the hotel runs every half hour which is very convenient. This hotel is a good choice and we will stay there again if we ever layover at JFK airport."

"The Jamaica Station neighborhood of Queens is sketchy. Luckily, The hotel is only 1 block from the Jamaica Station. My only issue was the desk clerk gave me a room that was not what I requested. This property is new and is lovely."

"Room was clean enough, though there are definitely spots they could have taken care of. The location was close to LGA, so it was very convenient for me. The ramen bar at the base of the hotel had great food. Staff were very kind and considerate. Would come here again if I had to stay by LGA again."

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, AC was cold, tv had Roku which was a plus. Door was hard to open and kept getting stuck, but other than that it was a great stay at a great value and would definitely stay again"
