"Carpets were sticky and dirty. Had to change rooms twice due to the door being stuck the first time. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was decent. Not a fan of how dirty and moldy and unkept the bedrooms were"

"For a new property, there’s apparent wear and tear. Bathtub was scuffed and room snowed like marijuana. The sheets had what appeared to be bloody spots and the wash clothe from previous usage was still laying there. All of this made me feel uneasy. The pillows were uncomfortable and the AC was so loud that it was hard to fall asleep. Breakfast and coffee are available in the lobby, but not free compared to other hotels in the area."

"We had 2 non adjoining rooms. Both rooms were infested with gnats and the rooms were just damp. Everything was damp and moldy."

"It looks new. Everything in the room was clean and working well. Our room was quiet and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Easy parking Good stay!"

"Pool was closed, place was not clean and was an older building. For premium price the breakfast was lacking…….."

"The one thing that stood out was the bar and grill area ignored us for awhile.. they walked by us several times.. Not even acknowledging us.. That was frustrating! There were one associate who asked us if we been helped yet. He stated that he worked the poolside. But, he will get someone to my table.. So, the younglady he told was Dixie whom walked past us several times not even a hi or I will be right back or nothing.. I just think no matter what nationality you they should be should...

"Hotel had a mold smell , room had a smell bathroom looked like they painted over mold the air in the room did not get cold no matter what you did . The hallway was colder than the room . Breakfast was cold for food that is suppose to be hot .The bed in the room was pasts its due date .. straight worn out pillow cases had stains in them . I don’t recommend."

"This is the place we stay at when visiting family in Bells, Tx. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We only shower and stay the night, so it fit our need and budget. 3 of us stayed this trip. The beds were comfortable. We couldn’t use the lamp that had extra plugs in the base and we could have used it for all the cells we had to charge. We didn’t have toilet paper, but we always carry when we travel. There was 2 sets of towels for the 3 of us, but only 2 of us had showered. I’m sure...
