"For what I paid it was good. May have been renovated recently. Staff were friendly, breakfast was basic, room clean, and parking lot a bit sketchy. I'd stay again for under $100"

We didn't even stay. Checked out within 20 minutes and got another room elsewhere and immediately took a shower. Just skip this place"

"The bad: bathroom tub and toilet lid had all the paint cracking off. Also not very clean. I put a towel down to shower. The bed was ok. The floor was sticky. The sliding door window from the floor level was NOT locked so that was concerning. A whole person fits through those windows from the back parking lot. The good: the fridge was a decent size and it has a microwave. Ice was located nearby. Property was easy to locate. The front desk was nice. Overall not great but if its just for one...

"Holes in my sheets… Room wasn’t ready at check in. Pillows and Towels were worn. No elevators with stairs being steep. Always had to walk outside. High bushes around the entrance allowing someone to jump out at you in the dark because there is only one way to get to the rooms. Not using other available rooms. Same rooms keep getting recycled."

"When I pulled up to the entrance, I saw a lady arriving with a bag of food. I thought nothing of it. When I went to the check-in desk, there was no attendant. I called out, looked around, and in the dining area--no one responded. I thought this is weird, so I waited, and after about ten minutes, the lady I watched entering the lobby with a bag of food was actually the customer service attendant. I'm guessing she left to get food or had someone deliver food to her in the parking lot. She...

"Really delicious breakfast, so many options and a lot of space to accommodate families. Room was really spacious and up to date, charging ports and full kitchen with appliances etc. Very comfy beds, loved our stay!"

"My recent stay at the Holiday Inn & Suites in Virginia was okay, but there were a few areas that could use improvement. The staff was polite, but the overall service felt inconsistent, and some interactions didn’t meet the level of attentiveness I expected. Nothing was terrible, but the experience didn’t quite match the standard I’m used to from this brand. With a bit more focus on cleanliness of the room, communication and guest support, this location could really shine."

"Don’t go to this hotel; find somewhere else to stay, please. You have to pay for parking while staying there, and when I arrived, the room didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. "I came to Virginia for my nieces graduation on May 30th. It was four of us . We drove from another state the day before and drove back. All 4 of us stayed in the same room for the night. 1 King size bed and a roll out sofa queen size. Enough space in the room. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea and chocolate"
