"The couch in my room has not been vacuumed, there was someone else’s hair all over it. And for being on the 18th floor, it was incredibly loud outside we might as well have had the windows open. Loud cars, music, motorcycles, sirens…it didn’t quiet down until after 2:00 am. We didn’t sleep well at all."

"We arrived and were told they were behind in cleaning rooms, but ours would be ready “soon”. I checked an hour later, still not ready with no estimated time. At this point, we were missing our 5 pm dinner reservation. 15 mins later, there was a very brief power outage (3-5 secs). At 5:45, now 2 hours after our arrival, I checked again. I was told the “system” was down due to the power glitch and they had no idea or way to know which rooms were cleaned as housekeeping enters everything...

"The bed was comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The staff is friendly and we like the location in University City near the center of Philadelphia.
The downside?
1) The shower was completely out of body wash so I had to use shampoo since I was already in the shower at that point, and 2) we ran out of Kleenex (there were maybe 4 or 5 tissues in the box). When I told the lady at checkout, she just nodded, giving me the impression she wasn't going to inform anyone.

"My husband and I stayed in this hotel with our two kids from Thursday night to Sunday morning, so a quick weekend trip. My short advice is that you find somewhere else to stay. But the details are as follows: upon arriving to the hotel we checked into our room and found a giant brown stain, hair, and dirt in the bathtub. Naturally, I was disgusted and concerned so I asked to switch rooms and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, they immediately gave us a new room key....

"Hotel room was fine, a little worn around the edges but no big deal. Was impossible to get ahold of the front desk trying to find the hotel/where to park at night. Then couldn’t ever reach front desk by the phone in the room. We had to go down each time. The other staff guy was prompt in getting us more towels and linens for the pullout, so that was helpful. Otherwise, no sheets for pullout. Parking is next door for like $65 extra."
