"Great location and amenities. The bed is comfy and the room is clean and good size for downtown Boston. The only downside is the food options in the hotel. The restaurant is not dialed in but there are lots of options outside of the hotel. Good sound insulation from the streets but the door isn’t as insulated so you could hear other people talking in the hallway. Their pet policy is great: it’s actually really pet friendly (not like dog-only pretending to be pet friendly). They also provide pet food bowls and beds along with treats. No extra charge for pets to stay. Really convenient and good value overall."

"I reserved a Tower King for the May graduation in early October through Expedia for me and my wife. The room showed in pictures that it had a sofa. Right before my trip, I found out my graduating daughter did not have accommodations for after our arrival, so I called Expedia and the hotel to be sure I could have a third person on the couch and they said there was no couch and the advertised photo was of another room even though they admitted it was false advertising. I had to switch to the only available room with two sets of bunk beds. This room had no usable closet other than some hooks. It had one chair and it appeared that the lower bunk beds were used to sit on since the mattress was so caved in that it made you roll out of bed. The one ceiling light that did not light the whole room and there were no reading lights at the 4 beds. The coffee was not replenished many of the 5 days we were there. The bathroom only had a small 1/2 oz tube of body wash and it was never replaced. There was initially no spare toilet paper roll to replace the 3/4 roll in the bathroom that ran out. The day after graduation we slept in and put the Quiet sign on the door. We left before noon and when returning that night we found our room was not cleaned. I had to ask the front desk to get someone to at least empty the full garbage cans and bring towels so we could shower the next day, and they did. The included breakfast was only coffee, toast, bagels, and cereal until they ran out each day."

"The room was clean. The pillows were awful. The carpeting in the corridors was stained and looked awful. But the carpeting in the room was fine. There was no oj for breakfast. The person at the desk said they didn’t know how to turn it on and was waiting for the breakfast lady. She didn’t show up so no juice. I need it to take meds in the am. But the breakfast looked nice."
