"I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Queenstown Resort & Spa. Brilliant location, right on the lake, and close to the airport, which was great for me. Beautifully maintained rooms, brilliant views of the lake and the mountains, great ammenities, great food, great staff! I'll be booking my next stay in Queenstown here again. I didn't dine in the restaurant or cafe downstairs, but did order room service several times, and the service and the meals were fantastic. Best Caesar salad and cheesecake I've had in a long time."

While the location is a bit outside the town center, the hotel provides a very convenient and punctual hourly shuttle. This was a huge plus, as it saved us from the stress of driving and hunting for parking in town. The staff were incredibly friendly and patient with all our requests—overall, a high-quality experience."
