"Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. "The breakfast was just basic and the rooms were small the tv is also very small. The blue heron across the street is superior and cheaper for a view of the lake and bigger rooms. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel."

"We had a great stay. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to take our pets out. The property is located in a nice, quiet area, which made for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again."

"The pool area was great. Much bigger than I thought it would be and very very nice. Nice bar area and they had bands playing in the day time and evening. I was dissappointed to find out that they do not have daily room cleaning. We ran out of towels quickly and had to go to the front desk and ask for more."

"The staff here was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. However, our room felt a little outdated and needed a new coat of paint. Also, the carpeting seemed oddly dirty. I don’t know if it just needed a good deep clean or what, but it made our feet turn black and it felt almost sticky walking on it. I think the hotel might be in a yucky part of town. "Hot tub"

"Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"Everything was fine until we arrived. Upon check in. we notices the signage that the pool was under maintenance. When we were walking to our room on the second floor, there was a terrible smell of sewerage in the hallway. Once we were in our guest room, we did not smell the sewerage. Upon our checkout, we had to find someone from valet to get our vehicle."

"My key cards didn't work at 4:30am and no one was working the front desk, had to sit and wait 45 minutes in the lobby for someone to finally show up."
