"Excellent reception and housekeeping staff but poor service by pool and at lounge. Room and property were beautiful. Mattress needed to be rotated, which they did, after we complained that the mattress was sagging. Breakfast was awesome but alcoholic drinks were overpriced. Air conditioner was not cool enough ."

The gardens and pool areas are stunning, the views are spectacular, and the quality of the food across the variety of restaurants on the property is excellent. "Really enjoyed our stay here, that we extended our stay an extra two days. We traveled as two adults with a baby and the hotel was very family friendly. They had a crib placed in our room and the restaurant had high chairs. There being a very shallow kiddy pool and pools toys were an added bonus. We loved the location, it was very central, but definitely need a car to get around."

"We had a really lovely stay at White Shell. The place was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The restaurant was very nice and the breakfast was decent, with a good selection. We also really enjoyed the spa, which was a great way to relax. It’s a very quiet and peaceful place, but also family friendly, so it has a nice atmosphere for both couples and families. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily stay again."

"First of all, the location of the villa is fantastic, very close to the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace that we really enjoyed. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more pleasant. Parking was available, although it came at an additional cost.
