"Wife and I stayed with our two dogs and absolutely loved the trailhead lodge. It's just outside of town to still maintain a scenic vibe but within minutes of everything to do in Bend. Also conveniently located to various hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again when in Bend!"

"Decent place for the price and locale, for a short stay. Only small problem was bathroom sink stopper inoperable, and dishwasher kaput. Exterior needs cleaning or refurb. Interior of our room was adequate."

"Checked in after 8:00 pm on a Friday night. Two staff members were working that night. Both very kind and helpful. We had dogs with us. I had booked the room on Expedia, however, the website did not reflect the current pet fee, they honored it anyway. The room was clean with basic amenities, which is all we needed. They put us in their alternative pet room since the others were booked. We toured the area for the day and ended coming back through Bend, so booked a room at the hotel again. The second room was more of a pet room, however it had partial carpet, where the other did not. I preferred there not being carpet. It was clean, but not AS clean as the first room we stayed in and the pet room only had a very small refrigerator, where the first room had a refrigerator twice as big, which was helpful. The pet area was close to the pet room, but be sure you bring your own potty bags. There was a kiosk, but no bags in it. The breakfast was okay, as far as a hotel breakfast goes."
