Fabulous in a quiet convenient location

The location was great . Very convenient and nice area. Clean and well supplied through out! The only problem we had was the furniture was not comfortable and was arranged oddly in the living area. Couldn’t relax and watch tv at night. Beds were pretty firm as well .

This property definitely needs maintenance work and updating! The kitchen faucet came off the first time we tried to use it and a plumber did not come to repair it for 44 hours after check-in. The bathroom sink was VERY sluggish, which the plumber unclogged while doing the faucet handle repair; bedroom lamp had a short in it; living room floor lamp was plugged into a power strip that was plugged into an outlet with a loose outlet cover that had electrical wires exposed; venetian blind on the bedroom window was missing the blind wand that adjusts the slats so blind had to be opened fully to provide lighting to the dimly lit bedroom; the condo unit backs up to a highway so there is quite a bit of road noise during daylight hours (so sitting out on the patio to read or talk was noisy); and no instructions were left as to how to operate the TV, where to go to use the hot tubs, laundry facilities, etc. Because we didn't have use of the kitchen sink for 44 out of the first 48 hours, we had to go out to eat during that time instead of preparing dinner the first 2 nights. We have asked for a prorated refund for the time that we didn't have a fully functioning kitchen but so far the management company has not refunded us any of the rental fee!
