"Nice property and suite but check-in was 1.5 later than posted on Expedia. According to property, Check-in is at 4 pm and not guaranteed until 6 pm. Expedia did not add that info on their listing of the property - only that check-in was at 4 pm. We got there at 4:00 and our suite wasn’t ready until 5:30 pm."

"Really nice location on the river, and a terrific breakfast place across the road, McKays. Hotel itself was in good shape, but never saw a maid. Room had a hand towel, washcloth and one bath towel. When I went to the desk the clerk apologized and said "Here is what I have", which was a bath towel and a couple pool towels. Next day maid never came to replenish towels. Table lamp between beds was not working. AC fan rattled. I get the impression owners arent staffing or putting money into...
