"Hotel is rundown, definitely needs refreshed. But the worst was, I left the hotel at 8am and returned about 6:45pm to find my door ajar. The door has to be pulled tightly to latch and when the maid service came in (roughly 9:30 by what the afternoon manager said) which meant that my room door was open all day. And the manager acted as if it was no big deal. We have cameras so no issue. The lack of concern was irritating to say the least. And to top it off, all the maid did was replace 1 hand towel and didn’t remove any garbage from the room. Beware is my best advice. Maybe hang the tag for privacy so you’re guaranteed your room stays locked."

"Refrigerator was missing the plastic door on the freezer so everything froze even with the fridge set to lowest setting. Internet didn't work at night. Was 0.1 mbps. TVs locked into cable mode only so leave your Roku sticks at home unless you have a universal remote for samsung. Shower was stuck in shower only mode for those weirdos that like a bath. Breakfast was fine but no longer hot breakfast. Just mini muffins and bars and fruit.(Google maps shows the yester-years). Low review is mostly for the horrible wifi. So easy to fix. "

"Excellent potential the property has. small fixes can make it the best. Staff incredible . Room Service and condition of some of the chairs was disappointing and having no one answer your calls is unacceptable. There is no hot water provision in the room. the best part was the excellent staff who did everything to make it up, they waived certain fees as well as offered free breakfast (brilliant) . though the smoke from controlled fires from the city which was not their fault made breathing in the room unbearable especially if one was asthmatic like i am. Otherwise world class golf course, friendly pro shop staff, brilliant views of the properties - A MUST visit ... "
