"The hotel is in a great location in Bend. Really pretty property. The on property restaurant is really convenient and there is a great walking trail right down the street. However, the hotel feels tired. Needs to be updated. We needed an ADA unit and the bed was about 17" from the floor. Way too low for someone who is handicapped to get out of bed easily. And the bathroom grab bars were not correctly placed."

"Great fire pit, nice pool but was full of young funseekers with thumping music. Location was great with some local restaurants within walking distance. The place was refreshed but not truly updated…the bathroom could use more work."
