"The rooms are a little bit tired, but still acceptable for a one night stay. The staff are incredibly nice and the breakfast is probably the best I've had in Poland. 10/10 for the breakfast — amazing!"

"Wonderful stay from start to finish. The view alone is enough reason to stay at the Zinar. Very close to the Krakow airport and the city centre while still feeling like you’re in nature. Highly recommend the breakfast as well as dinner at Ziyad. Service from hotel and restaurant staff was above and beyond. Rooms are spacious and beautifully designed and the spa is not to be missed. Will definitely be staying here again."

"Lovely clean modern room, with a nice big comfortable bed a cracking shower breakfast was 5***** and only a 10min walk from the airport "

"The hotel had everything we needed for our short stay in Kraków. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was comfortable and spotless, and the food was excellent. Everything was well maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would happily recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!"

"The hotel was fantastic, staff were great and really enjoyed our stay, if I was being picky I would say the free mineral water bottles seem to be topped up in the bedroom daily from a jug rather than a fresh new bottle, the breakfast was amazing, great choices, we never ate in the evening however did try some of the wines, the wines were nice however I think the red polish wine may have gone off but that aside it's a great location with free parking to visit Poland"

"The rooms were clean, staff were courteous and the breakfast was really good continental and had variety. The hotel also packed sandwiches to take for the day trip. We stayed for 4 nights and could not fault the place. The hotel was also ideally located near the pilgrimage sites we wanted to visit in Krakow 👌👏👏"

"Beautiful rooms and common areas, and located in a wonderfully peaceful spot in the forest. Staff were extremely helpful. Restaurant on site was delicious."
