The staff here are very friendly and responsive. The food is well prepared and the variety is great! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I did have a small issue which was promptly addressed. The hotel should provide the very basics in the room, such as plates and spoons. Guests should t have to ask the front desk to provide dimly amenities like plates and spoons/forks. Overall, a great experience!

During my stay at Renaissance Bengaluru I was really impressed by the service and friendliness of its staff. I can especially highlight the lady at the service desk, Sarupa, who actually took care for organizing my days in Bengaluru in a very professional and friendly way which saved me money and time. A clear 10/10 which impressed me very much. Thanks also to the rest of the team. A great experience which I like to continue next time in India.

The staff is very good , but the hotel is in total run down situation !! , hygiene levels are very bad , looks like rooms are very used and old , The carpet is also very dirty, Mirrors are gone stale
