We got upgraded to a charming clean room and treated to a lovely breakfast that was beautifully laid out. You can tell Alain has pride of ownership and loves hosting. "We stayed at L'Oree de Giverney for 2 nights which should have been 3 but unfortunately we had car problems so were late arriving. Everything was just perfect! Our room was immaculately clean with a full kitchen, table and chairs, lovely large shower room and a private terrace. Guests also had use of a wonderful garden leading down to the river, and even bicycles to use. The bed was so comfortable and the area was so peaceful that we slept like logs. "Beautiful grounds; rooms spacious and comfortable, hosts were wonderful and breakfast was delightful. Located in a small village, a good navigation app is helpful in locating the BNB if you’re not familiar with the area. We were on route to Paris for our flight back home - we stayed here as a very pleasant alternative to hotel living. We would return should the occasion allow"
