"Antonella is a lovely woman who speaks a little English. We were all able to understand each other with no problem. She was welcoming and gave us a lovely glass of wine from her vineyards when we arrived. Her surroundings are beautiful with seeing olive trees and vineyards and the town of Certaldo. Our room was big , very clean and bathroom was great. I would totally recommend going to her place . They also give tours of their vineyards and olive oil factory. I wish we could have stayed another...

"This was a relaxing 7 day stay in the Tuscan countryside after touring Venice, Verona, Lake Como, Milan, and Cinque Terre. Since it was mid-October our party of 4 (in 2 apartments) had the place to ourselves. Our host Ilaria was most gracious and helpful in giving suggestions re restaurants, markets to visit, train rides. As Tuscan as it can be, with traditional Tuscan buildings in a very nice garden with a nice pool and a wonderful view. Be aware though that the property consist of two houses with approx. 250 meters apart. Both very nice, but for a family with kids who love staying at the swimming pool, it was better for us to stay in the main building with the swimming pool and the restaurant....
