Trash and towels were picked up midweek but had to go to front desk for new towels and trash can liner"

"You really can’t beat the location—right on the ocean with easy beach access, and just a short walk to some great restaurants and charming boutique shops in Vero Beach. It’s the kind of spot where you can park your car and forget about it for the rest of your stay. The hotel itself is definitely on the tired side and could use some updating. "We were in a King room at this property. It was immaculate. The bathroom area is large and well appointed. The climate control was also very good with both AC and a dehumidifier. We were a bit disappointed with the bed as we felt, and let employees know, that the mattress should be replaced as we ended up in the middle of the bed in the morning. "I love this place. The property is right on the beach. Feels very private since its not a huge hotel. The beach was not crowded on a Saturday, it almost felt like we had the beach to ourselves at one point. The staff was very nice & the free breakfast is very convenient. I will be back soon! "

"The hotel was nice but needs some tender love and care. Our room was clean but lacking a hair dryer and the pod carrier for the coffee was gone. My husband used the fitness room but there was nothing to wipe down the equipment and it was sticky. No sanitizer either. Breakfast was meager but fine. "
