"We arrived very early and had some specific challenges with our travel. The staff went out of their way to help us. The room was very nice and had ample room. We had to leave before the scheduled breakfast, but they provided a bagged breakfast for us. Location was close to the train station and walking distance to major sites. Lots of good food choices nearby."

"Pleasant room with good amenities. Hotel convenient for tram or metro to centre. Breakfast very good but room did not get tea or milk replacement from initial day, which is disappointing, and water was charged which I feel aggrieved about when you spend this sort of money on a four star hotel - we’ve had free water at cheaper stays!! Lovely garden bar, with hotel prices, but wonderful space to relax in at lunch time. Would definitely return."

"Hotel was centrally located and walkable to many sights. Staff very courteous- thank you Remo for good restaurant recommendation. Room spacious, especially bathroom and very well appointed. Quiet even though facing busy street. Roof top bar spectacular. Small issues: hangars didn’t work! And no iron in room."
