"Clean and tidy business hotel. Our room was fine, if a little small but in line with our expectations. This hotel has a great location by the historic port and facing the Brugge. As such it is in easy reach of many of the sites, the main shopping district and a wide selection of restaurants. It offered a good, varied breakfast (including gluten free and lactose free options) and there was a baggage room where we could stow baggage until it was time for us to leave."
"We opted to stay in Barrel Factory room. What a huge disappointment! I would NOT RECOMMEND staying in Barrel Factory. You don’t even feel like you are a part of the hotel as you have to go to different bldg that looks old and run down. The staff was giving directions how to get there and finally decided to show us (good thing because we would not have found door on side). The room is pretty much just a bed (with no headboard) and old little couch and table that is so scratched. See...
