"Staff responded quickly on phone a solved check-in issue smoothly (hotels.com had not forwarded my phone nr, so key code could not be sent). Spacious room with all amenities needed, however room cleaning could be better. Free parking outside hotel much appreciated! Breakfast staff very helpful, but breakfast routines could improve (out meal but no milk, no lactose free alternatives). Everything served was however fresh and nicely presented. We will absolutely stay here again and love that new owners have taken on the challenge to do something great with this impressive building!"

"The hotel was convenient for our stay from the hotel to Norway. We really enjoyed the breakfast as they had so much selection. The only negative was that the room was a bit small compared to all the best westerns we’ve been."
