"Clean and comfortable location for a stop traveling from OH to MA. Did not use the pool but good place for kids to let off energy. I was traveling with a dog and it was an additional $50 dollars. The location was right off the highway and there was a walking path and field to take your dog out safely."

"The hotel is clean and housekeeping amazing. Spotless room and they deserve props! Upon check in I was handed a key and no further information on the property. It wasn’t bad service, it was basic like I was expected to already know where the elevator was or where I should park. If that makes sense. I’m just used to other hotels telling me basic info like that upon check in. There was a little piece of paper with your key that tells you the breakfast time and amenity hours. Not a big deal....

"Front desk would not accomodate a double bed split instead of a king bed. Was told it was Expedia rule and could not accomodate."

"Inexpensive and furniture and bathroom in disrepair. Bad odor and useful that could open the windows. Not good soundproofing. No real blankets on the bed. The first room that was assigned to was supposedly a non-smoking room and it reeked of cigarettes and the couch cushion was slashed. We were able to get a different room which was better."

"The room was spacious, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was nice. The breakfast was delicious with options including biscuits, fried eggs, shredded cheese, waffles, oatmeal, cereal, pastries, bagels, etc. I found a free parking spot (on Saturday night) in front of the hotel. But my husband had to park his car a good distance away. FYI- the parking garage does not have EV chargers."

"The room itself was nice but lots left from other guest, stains or unwashed towels, toenail clippings on the floor, mold in the freezer. The hot tub was cloudy and green, pool was not inviting, had a thick film on the surface. Ice machine near the room was broken and the working one had black debris in it. It needs some work."

"The hotel itself is pretty and in a good central spot of downtown. The rooms were clean, the a/c worked well. The staff isn't overly friendly and took a long time to get any sheets for our pull out couch and also the phone in our room wasn't working. The facilities could use some TLC, but overall fine."
