Great place in good location

A great little hotel in a great location. Super friendly check-in, clean and quiet modern room, coffee/tea facilities - what more do you want? Just minutes of walk away from the Wall Memorial (on the same street) and subway.

Everyone of the staff was great and very accommodating. Breakfast was super that fueled me all day long. They keep their place clean. The area is very walkable, near the tram, mƩtro station, restaurants, coffee shops and stores. I would like to offer a suggestion to not let guests smoke outside within 20' from the entrance; however there's a table outside & an ashtray or container where people extinguish their cigarettes. I think, that area can be misconstrued as a smoking area. Besides that, I enjoyed my stay and I highly recommend them.

The hotel has a great location. Across from Mauerpark but also from walking distance to other places. Breakfast was includes and that was okay for the price. Felt very comfortable staying there. Would come again.

A great no-frills stay

Very convenient location, right next to a metro stop. Excellent room service! Very glad with the selection at the breakfast buffet. Overall, a great stay - no frills, but none were needed.

Basic standards but clean and friendly staff. We arrived about two hours before check in but were able to access our rooms directly. Breakfast was not over crowded and everything was fresh. Over all a great stay!

Very good value for money

Really good hotel for basic travel. Not a fancy one but just what I needed in this price. Worth every penny and the breakfast is really good. Iā€™d recommend going there again.

The location is perfect. Good transportation around. A lot of restaurants, park across the street. The staff is amazing. BUT , if you are traveling in the summer be prepared for a cremation. They have no ac.

Perfect place to hang your hat for a night or two. There are no frills. It basically a bed and a bathroom. But the staff was super friendly and the breakfast was really good! Not a ton of great options nearby for food but you can find something. Would stay again.

This is an amazing hotel. All the staff are welcoming and very helpful. The rooms are very nice. The beds are comfortable. We had a shower in our room, which had bodywash/shampoo in a bottle as well as soap in a bottle by the sink. The room is cleaned on a daily basis. The lift is controlled by your room key, which means no unauthorized people can use it. The hotel is perfectly situated for public transport. The hotel has a room available to store luggage if your room is not ready,or if you are leaving later after checking out, which reception have access to and give you a baggage tag. Breakfast is very nice and has a good range of food. I thoroughly recommend staying here when you visit Berlin

Only a lowish rating as we paid for 3 nights but only stayed 1.5 and there was no refund/change despite asking in advance not hotel fault apparently but I dont see how a hotel is at mercy to a booking site. We missed 2 breakfasts but the one we had was excellent- wasted over $350

good sized rooms but no air con, i could pen the window but a hot day in berlin made for a warm room overnight, struggled with the wifi working i could connect but couldnt actually use it, otherwise fairly good location, prices a bit steep as they had increased twofold for the uefa football final, would be a better hotel at a lower rate

Loud street and very hot rooms in weather

1. This hotel is located on a very very busy street, trams stopping every ten minutes ringing their bells, cars and lorries drive resk fast, ambulances have their sirens on. Also: its badly isolated to neighboring rooms, you hear housekeeping early in the nornung, slamming doors and moving furniture, and you hear neighbours partying late at night - morning. 2.The rooms get extremely hot because of the sun and no air conditioning and since the street is so noisy (and sometimes smelly) opening the windows is also annoying and you just cannot relax. Apart from that the location in Berlin is great, easy to get around, goid communications, goid supermarket, small shops and trendy restaurants nearby, also fast food, its a historically nteresting neighborhood just at the former Berlin war. Housekeeping was good. Breakfast was ok, with a great sweet homemade cake every day - and easy to get a table, also friendly efficient staff. The staff overall was friendly and good. The elevator was sometimes strange but worked. But sorry to say, I would never recommend it.
